- There are no contracts or set-up fees or cancellation fees.
- We will loan you 6 logo samples for your portfolio for 6 months. If you require more samples or require a longer period of time, we will charge a certain rental fee. After 6 months, you will need to return all the samples to us and replace them with your existing clients’ portfolio designs.

- To register as a Basic Reseller, you will need to purchase 5 of the same or different items/packages in one payment. * When purchasing 5 of the same items, you will instantly be given a 15% discount OR You may make a payment of $250 and this payment may be credited and used on any of your purchases. All purchases can be used at any given time.

Signup with us for a Complete Reseller Plan! We will design the entire website and integrate the payment system for you.
The Fee:
To get the complete package, you will need to pay up a one-time fee of $1500.00 (non-refundable).
What You Will Get:
- You will get a new logo design for your website, based on your requirements. We will provide 3 initial logo concepts and unlimited edits to your logo design.
- You will get a new website design based on your requirements – about 6 to 10 pages.
- We will provide FREE registration for one domain name of your choice (for just 1 year). For the subsequent years, you will need to pay $12.00 annually. If you already have a domain registered, this FREE domain registration is not refundable or replaceable with any other services.
- We will provide FREE hosting for your website for the first year. For the subsequent years, you will need to pay $20.00 annually. If you already have a host registered, this FREE hosting service is not refundable or replaceable with any other services. Do ensure that your host supports MYSQL and PHP programming language.
- We will loan you some of our logo samples for your portfolio. But once you start bringing in clients, we will replace those loaned logo samples in your portfolio with your clients’ logo designs.
- All the design packages will remain the same but you are allowed to change the price and rename all the packages.
- We will provide you with FREE website updates for the first year. Free updates are only for basic text and graphic changes to your current website.
- The design portfolio of all your clients, belong solely to you. We will not reveal your clients’ designs on our website or on any advertising materials.
- For your payment integration, we will link the payment to our payment gateway.
- Get 15% discount when you purchase 5 of the SAME items/packages in one payment.
- Get the chance to order the Starter Logo Package $39 & the Basic Logo Package $59 without any restrictions.
- For individual orders, we will give you a 10% discount on EACH order. Once you are an official Complete Reseller, we will provide you with a 10% discount code. Discounts do not apply to the Custom Logo order.
- Your entire website integration/ system payment/ order pages will be the same as the system on LogoDesignCreation.
What You Will Need To Do:
- You will need to come up with the entire content/ text for your website.
- If you decide to change the names or the design packages, please list them out for us.
- Kindly provide us with a new price list. You are free to charge a different fee to your clients.
- We will work with your clients on the project panel and we will represent your company and not LogoDesignCreation.
- Once your entire website is complete, you will need to market the website on your own. If you need help on SEO submissions, kindly let us know. This is not inclusive in the Complete Reseller Plan.
Requirements:
Once your client makes payment, we will receive a copy of their design details on our project panel. We will then start work. All your earnings will be transfered to you at the end of the month either on the 28th/30th or 31st of any subsequent month to your Paypal account.
Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel being a reseller with us, we will only give you all the basic website html files and design files of your entire website. All the integration or back-end source codes: payment/order pages and administrator/client panel files in PHP belongs solely to LogoDesignCreation. These codes are not transferable. There will be no cancellation fees.
